This waterproof marine fairing compound can be used above or below the waterline on fiberglass, aluminum, steel, wood and cast iron. TotalFair has a simple 1 to 1 mix ratio and changes to a green color when you mix the blue and yellow components for 3-5 minutes. Its thick, creamy consistency makes this fiberglass fairing compound easy to spread, and helps it hold its shape on vertical and overhead surfaces. If you're fairing a large gouge, we recommend a 6 to 1 width to depth ratio per application. For deep/narrow areas that exceed 6 to 1, you'll need to apply TotalFair in stages, building depth with each application.
